One flat fee vs a patient-capped tier

ANS's entry Foundation plan is £25+VAT/month — within a few pounds of Clinicraft's £29.99 once VAT is added — but it caps you at 150 patients, and doesn't include a signed, locked clinical note or a tracked complications workflow either way. Go past 150 patients, or want stock management and marketing tools, and you're on the £50+VAT/month Advanced plan instead. Clinicraft is a single £29.99/month plan with no patient cap from day one, so growing your patient list never forces you onto a more expensive tier.

What ANS adds that Clinicraft doesn't

To be fair to ANS — every plan includes automated reminders and marketing reports, and its Advanced plan adds stock/inventory management with low-stock alerts, none of which is part of Clinicraft. Buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna and Clearpay are also available, though as a separate £10+VAT/month Integrations Bundle on top of the plan price, not included free.
