Yes — every new business gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. You won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe once the trial ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there's no minimum term. Cancelling keeps your account active until the end of your current billing period, then it simply won't renew.
What happens if a patient doesn't pay their deposit?
The slot isn't held for them — it stays visible and bookable by anyone else. The first patient to actually pay the deposit is the one who secures the appointment.
Can I run more than one clinic or location?
Yes. Add additional businesses to the same account, each with its own branding, booking page, and settings, and switch between them from one login.
Can I invite other staff members?
Yes — invite staff or admin users with their own logins. Each additional team member is £4.99/month.
Are consent forms GDPR-compliant?
Your clinic remains the data controller for your patients' data, responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for your own compliance with UK GDPR - Clinicraft acts as your data processor. What Clinicraft gives you to support that: patients complete and sign their consent form online, and once signed it's locked and stored as a permanent, unalterable record with a timestamp, IP address, and signature for a clear audit trail.
Does Clinicraft support clinical notes?
Yes — build a structured note template per treatment, including before/after photos and injection-site or face maps where relevant, then sign it digitally. Signed notes are locked; any correction goes through a tracked amendment rather than an edit.
Is payment processing secure?
All payments are handled by Stripe — Clinicraft never stores card details directly.
Do I need any technical experience to set it up?
No — most clinics are fully set up in under an hour. Add your logo and colour, connect Stripe, and set your treatments and availability, and you're ready to take your first booking.
Can you help me switch from another booking system?
Yes — send over an export of your existing patient and booking data to us, in whatever format you have it, and we'll import it into Clinicraft for you free of charge.
